Scope. These Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tredona website, mobile experiences, and any storefronts, including purchases of products from Tredona Fashion, Tredona Home, and Tredona Electronics, as well as subscriptions, gift cards, and promotions (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Account Registration
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login (including one-time password logins). You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Product Sources & Availability
Tredona sources products from vetted suppliers including CJ Dropshipping and Trendsi, among others. Product availability, styles, packaging, and fulfillment locations may vary by item and destination.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, and colors. Minor variations may occur due to displays, manufacturing tolerances, or supplier updates. If a material error is discovered, we may cancel an order and issue a refund.
6. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Unless stated, prices exclude taxes, duties, and import fees. You are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, customs, and brokerage charges.
7. Payments & Billing
We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout (processed via Stripe and selected partners, and bank transfers where applicable). By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our processors to charge your method for the total order amount.
8. Fraud, Risk & Verification
Orders may be subject to automated or manual review. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud or misuse and may cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
9. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a confirmation email or when items are shipped, whichever occurs first.
10. Changes & Cancellations
We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact support immediately; if fulfillment has started, cancellation may not be possible.
11. Shipping & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible products and destinations (see product page or checkout). Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.
12. Multi-Origin Fulfillment
Orders may ship in multiple parcels from different warehouses to optimize speed and availability. You will receive tracking numbers when available.
13. Delivery, Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Title to products transfers when we receive full payment and the item is shipped.
14. International Shipments
International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and compliance with import regulations. Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being abandoned without refund.
15. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders/backorders are not guaranteed. You may cancel before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
16. Subscriptions & VIP Boxes
Where offered, recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel in your account before the next billing date.
17. Digital Content
Any digital manuals, downloads, or e-content are licensed for personal, non-transferable use and may not be redistributed without written consent.
18. Promotions & Coupons
Promo codes, sales, or bundles are subject to individual terms, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined unless we explicitly allow it.
19. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credits are nonrefundable, not reloadable, and valid only for purchases on our store, subject to applicable law.
20. Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy (referenced on the site) outlines eligibility windows, conditions (unused, original packaging), and steps for return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
21. Exchanges
Where possible we offer exchanges for size or color. If an exchange is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit after inspection.
22. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or regulatory reasons certain items (e.g., intimate apparel, perishable or personalized goods, opened consumables, and clearance “final sale”) may not be returnable unless defective.
23. Defects & DOA
If an item is defective on arrival, contact us within the stated window with photos/video. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to our policy.
24. Warranties
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties. Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply per the manufacturer’s terms.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, Tredona and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
27. Maximum Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
28. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tredona and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
29. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Tredona a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
30. Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, graphics, and product photography are owned by or licensed to Tredona and protected by IP laws. You may not copy or exploit them without written consent.
31. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, logistics apps). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those tools.
32. Compliance, Export & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not a prohibited party. You agree to comply with U.S. export and re-export restrictions.
33. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or carrier and supplier disruptions.
34. Privacy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

36. Communications
By providing your email or phone, you consent to receiving necessary transactional messages and, where you opt-in, marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
37. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
38. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us. If not, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in New Mexico, except where prohibited by law. You waive class actions.
39. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
40. Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. You may not assign without our consent.
41. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
42. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tredona regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings.
